- 95 Express Lanes. The Fredericksburg Extension added about 10 miles of reversible toll lanes, from south of Route 610 (Garrisonville Road) in Stafford to near Route 17, and opened August 17, 2023. It also added access near the Russell Road interchange at Marine Corps Base Quantico (VDOT).

The August figure is the latest PWAR number we could confirm (PWAR). The PWAR figures cover Manassas and Manassas Park as well as the county, so they won't match Redfin's county-only number.
